WARNING: This is NOT the slimming variety lols...
Oven 180C – Makes 80
500gm butter
1 ¼ cups Castor Sugar
400gm can Sweetened Condensed Milk
5 cups SR Flour
250gm pack Nestle White Choc Bits
250gm pack Nestle Dark Choc Bits
250gm pack Nestle Milk Choc Bits
Preheat oven and line baking trays
Method:
- In a very large bowl, cream butter, sugar and condensed milk using an electric mixer until light and creamy in texture (Hint: cream butter and sugar first to required consistency then add the condensed milk)
- Add sifted flour, choc bits and mix til well combined. Using 1 tbsp of mix roll into balls. Place trays and flatten slightly with a fork, leaving room for expansion.
- Bake for 14-16mins or until golden brown, allow to stand before transferring onto racks to cool.
- Biscuits can be frozen (.. but ours never gets that far ... and I do double batches lols)
Let me introduce you to our 2nd (and youngest) daughter: Nicola - Miss 9.5yo who was delighted to be helping Mum out - as the first part of mixing the dough is challenging for my bursitis ridden shoulder (all together now ... AAwwwwwww ) lols..
